2. Scope of Services

The scope of work will be agreed in writing prior to commencement and may include interior design, consultancy, e-design, sourcing, or procurement services. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately and confirmed in writing.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are outlined in your proposal or service description and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit may be required to secure bookings

  • Remaining balances must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

  • Late payments may result in delays to services or delivery

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Consultations & Appointments

Consultations are booked for a fixed duration. Additional time, if required and agreed, will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, measurements, plans, and access where required. The Designer cannot be held responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client or third parties.

6. Design Deliverables

Design concepts, drawings, layouts, and specifications are provided for guidance purposes only. Visuals and samples may vary from final products due to manufacturing, lighting conditions, or material availability.

All designs remain the intellectual property of the Designer and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Procurement & Trade Discounts

Where procurement services or trade discounts are offered, these are subject to availability and supplier terms. Trade discounts are discretionary and not guaranteed. Any savings passed on remain at the Designer’s discretion.

The Designer is not responsible for delays, defects, or warranty issues relating to third-party suppliers or manufacturers.

8. Contractors & Third Parties

Any contractors, tradespeople, or suppliers introduced are independent third parties. The Designer is not responsible for their work, timelines, pricing, or performance. Contracts for works are between the client and the contractor directly.

9. Changes & Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where stated in your service agreement. Significant changes to the brief or scope may incur additional fees and extend timelines.

10. Liability

The Designer will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing services. Liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the service in question. The Designer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Photography & Marketing

The Designer reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
